The primary duties and responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Design captivating visuals across social media, print, layouts, web, branding, and marketing campaigns.
• Develop and refine brand identities, logos, and visual systems across multiple clients and internal projects, ensuring each brand maintains a unique and cohesive style while aligning with strategic goals.
• Adapt and optimize creative assets for different platforms and purposes.
• Coordinate with project and account managers to develop creative collateral that aligns with strategic objectives.
• Manage multiple deadlines and projects across various clients and events.
• Collect and implement feedback from stakeholders to refine and improve designs.
• Organize and maintain creative files within the existing workflow system.
• Assist with photography, video shoots, and event coverage when needed.
• Additional responsibilities to support the strategy and operations of Knight Eady events and clients may be assigned as necessary.
• Stay up-to-date on design trends, tools, and best practices to enhance creativity.
• This position will require working an adjusted schedule including evenings, weekends and travel as needed during events.

• Proven experience in graphic design with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of design work.
  
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and any other relevant tools.
  
• Strong creative thinking and ability to contribute strategically to brainstorms and design projects.
  
• Excellent time management and multitasking skills to handle multiple projects and deadlines.
  
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
  
• Knowledge of social media design trends and best practices.
  
• Experience working in sports, events, or marketing industries.
  

• Experience in event or studio photography and editing.
  
• Experience in video production.
  
• Knowledge of animation or motion graphics.
  
• Familiarity with Webflow or other web design tools.
  
• Understanding of the events industry and a requirement to work nights, weekends, and holidays, as required for event and project execution
